Getting a diagnosis of gestational diabetes during your pregnancy can be scary and overwhelming.  You have probably heard many misconceptions about gestational diabetes and maybe even googled Gestational diabetes diet. The good news is that statistics show that 70-80% of the cases are treated with lifestyle and a healthy eating plan.

 

I'm here to answer all of your questions, give you the tools, advice, and empower you to have a healthy and happy pregnancy!

  • You just found out you have gestational diabetes and don't know where to start. This plan gives you individual support with specific guidance and recommendations based on your needs.

​​

  • 3 virtual visits (1 initial + 2 follow up). Initial visits last 60min and follow-ups 45min. Follow up's can be programmed at any time interval. 

​

  • Discuss individual goals based on your needs and establish an action plan with custom recommendations. Meal plans, snack ideas, recipes, and more are included.

​

  • Create an individualized education plan discussing key diabetes areas: foods that impact Blood glucose, when to check, meal timing and snacks, what to do if high BG, and more. 

​

  • Review BG logs and food logs at each visit

​

  • Unlimited access to emails and support. 

Always by your side

  • Monthly scheduled visits to ensure you get the support and guidance you need until your baby is born.

  • One Initial visit (60min) afterward, 4 monthly follow-ups (45min), and biweekly email follow-ups, where we discuss progress, review blood glucose, important nutrients for each trimester, and target areas to improve. 

​

  • Bi-weekly check-ins for via email to review BG logs and discuss if changes need to be made.

​
